Configuring the Payments Settings in Synero ensures seamless and secure transactions for your services. This guide outlines how to set up and manage your payment options effectively.

General Payment Settings

  1. Currency:
    • Select the currency your business operates in. The default is USD ($).
  2. Currency Symbol:
    • Customize the symbol representing your chosen currency.
  3. Currency Format:
    • Choose how prices are displayed:
      • $100

  4. Price Number Format:
    • Define the format for numerical prices:
      • 45 000.00

  5. Price Number of Decimals:
    • Set the number of decimal places for prices (e.g., 2 for 100.00).
  6. Payment Waiting Period:
    • Specify how long the system should hold a timeslot while awaiting payment. If payment isn’t completed within this timeframe, the slot becomes available to other customers.
  7. Allow Full Payments:
    • If enabled, customers can choose to pay the full service fee upfront, even if deposit payments are available.
  8. Appointment Status Post-Payment:
    • Define the status of appointments based on payment outcomes—successful or failed.
  9. Display Tax Information:
    • Choose whether to show “Price does not include taxes” during the service selection process.
